HAPPY 2018!! The day has finally arrived for the MYSTERY QAL to begin! Yea!! It seems like forever since Cindy over @ In a Stitch Quilting and I dreamed this MYSTERY adventure up.
I have bought my Fluffer Nutter fabric and laid it out to just admire it for a few moments.
Now comes the Mystery– What am I going to create?
Well— Cindy has made this challenge super easy because the fabric she chose literally goes with almost everything! I am going to add it to my Down the Rabbit Hole Quilt as the back ground for my final border.
It will be the blue behind the diamonds. Perfect! I am also going to add it to my next adventure quilt, Cabin Fever by Rebecca Mae Designs
This was Sherrie Noel’s Block of the month Quilt last year that I drooled over all year long last year. So I broke down and bought the complete pattern and decided to make it this year instead.
I gathered some SWEET bright fabrics and threw my Fluffer Nutter in the mix. Doesn’t it look GREAT?!
I like this fabric so much that I may even sneak a little bit of the scraps in my Delilah Quilt as well😊
I am having way, way too much fun!!! It is a very HAPPY New Year for sure:)!
Now, if you are intrigued by this MYSTERY QAL, and want to join along it is not too late. Here’s how:This quarter’s MYSTERY Fabric is Biscuits and Gravy Fluffer Nutter by BasicGrey for Moda.
Here is a list of those who are already joining in this first MYSTERY. I can’t wait to see what they all choose to make!

You have some awesome projects lined up for that material! I was hoping to join in, but had a hard time finding the fabric in Canada, and maybe that’s for the best for the time being. I have a feeling the next couple of months are going to be busy preparing for my trip in February. Hopefully I can join in the next mystery.

Yes I’m going on a cruise with The Crochet Crowd. Three of my friends and I are going together, we are going to have a blast in the Caribbean!

Right? It’s going to be so fun! Plus I have never really travelled for a vacation, at least not like this, and it will be my first cruise, so a lot of new adventures for me!

So … you bought a whole bolt of this stuff, did you? LOL It is a great fabric, and I’m excited to use it. I had a pattern all picked out, and then something else came up today that seems just perfect, so I’ve changed my pattern! LOL
