Hand Quilt Along – Salem Quilt Guild Progress

It has been three weeks already?! My how this first half of the year has flown by! I am not nearly as far along on my quilting/sewing goals as I had thought I would be. But somehow I have found a few moments to sew a few stitches on my “Mystery at the Salem Quilt Guild”

Last time I said I hoped I would be able to get the goodies in the table all embroidered. Well, except for a few stitches, I did!

Yea!!! I thought the cookies would be tricky, but I really kind of enjoyed snaking my way through them.

And just because I love close ups of fun eye candy, here is another shot that is so close you may want to take a bite! SWEET!

I only have a little bit left to stitch on this panel of my Salem Quilt Guild Quilt . I have the dessert witch and the banner. I think I can get them done by next time– I hope, hope, hope!

It going to be a GREAT three weeks! Especially because I am heading out to our annual Lake Powell trip next week. Yea!! I will definitely share a few pictures.

  4. Tracy! We still haven’t started on this lovely project, but I’m so glad you are working on it. This reminds me that we WANT to make it. Sue is off for the summer, so she’ll be going on it really soon now. Her last day is the 14th. Happy Sunday! ~smile~ Roseanne

    1. I’m so excited for you both to get started and join me Roseanne! Yours will go twice as fast😊. It really is a nice evening relaxer that brings a little smile as you go. Oh, we are in for a a fun ride if we all sew this together! I will get out my broom and hat! 😊❤️

  7. You did it! I wondered when you said the entire table, but you pulled it off so nicely, well done. This does make me wish to start an embroidery project, and I have the perfect one, just not yet!
