These witches are learning the un-sewing spell that repairs mistakes in their quilting. It’s an easy one to remember. — Bibbity- Bobbity- Boo! I’m going to have to give it a try next time I need the seam ripper to come out!
But really now, I am very pleased with my sewing progress these past few weeks. I was able to get the wood, the owl, and the two witch students done.
Those girls are so wise, just like this owl! They are paying attention and asking questions. Don’t you think the yellow skirt is so cute?!
I still have the hands and the face of Miss Blue hair to do. She’s almost done. I am currently working on the pumpkin and quilts.
I don’t know if I will get much more than this little section done by next time. It is my 33rd wedding anniversary and we are taking a trip to Puerto Rico and the Caribbean! (I will definitely share some pictures when I get back)😊
Until then, I hope you will join along in our Hand Quilt Along. — This Hand Quilt Along is an opportunity for hand quilters and piecers to share and motivate one another. We post every three weeks, to show our progress and encourage one another. If you have a hand quilting project and would like to join our group contact Kathy at the link below.
Kathy, Lori, Margaret, Kerry, Emma, Tracy, Deb, Connie, Susan, Nanette, Sassy , Edith, Sharon, and Karrin
Enjoy your anniversary trip Tracy! This is coming to life so beautifully, I can tell you are enjoying the progress, too. ❤️ it!

Thank you Kathy! I definitely am looking forward to our trip:). —I am enjoying the process and progress. With the amount of time this little quilt is taking, I must enjoy it or it would have been in the box long, long ago! But I do think this HQAL is also really helping. Thank you for the nudge every three weeks😊❤️

I decided to do this because I knew I needed it myself! However, I knew we would all inspire each other too, so it’s a win!

Thank you Connie! Isn’t it fun to watch everyone’s work move along? It’s even better, because we don’t actually have to stitch them all😊❤️

Hi Johanna! I think you are right about all of the things to look at in this embroidery quilt. I think that is why I started it in the first place. I am going to hang it in my sewing room and smile as I look at it every day:). Cheers to you too❤️❤️

Hi Tracy! I’ve missed you and your posts. I love this – Sue has our project taped together for tracing . . . and that’s as far as it went. She’s back to school today, so I’ll have to enjoy this project through you for now. Someday . . . Happy Monday, friend! ~smile~ Roseanne
