This beautiful shawl has been so much fun to make! I have thoroughly enjoyed crocheting along with Margareta from At Margareta’s Haus. This is our third project to crochet together with hopes of crocheting more:)
I just love how this shawl turned out. The border really makes it a show stopper.I made up a quick teal dress to match that I am excited to wear on Sunday:)
The blue really makes the burnt orange stand out:). To be honest, this is the first shawl that I have ever made for myself! I can’t believe how much I like the way it drapes over my shoulders:).
It looks equally as nice with a tee shirt and a pair of jeans for a casual look. It is perfect for the slightly cool spring weather we have been having.
I hope you have enjoyed watching as this shawl has stitched together. I know that I have totally loved making it:) I hope you will join us in our next stitching adventure!
Here a few pictures from a must have photo shoot:)! Thanks goes to my beautiful daughter, Tassy, for taking these pictures. Thanks Tass!
Life is SWEET!
You can find the pattern here on Ravelry if you want to make up a Sunday Shawl of your own.
I love the color combinations. Neutrals are my colors. It looks like a vintage shawl too! Absolutely beautiful.

It looks gorgeous Tracey. I started mine yesterday and have nearly completed the main colour section. Seeing yours makes me want to abandon work and go home to hook xx

It’s a great colour for you, and it’s the perfect size, not big enough to get in the way, not so small it’s skimpy.

That burnt orange is a great color for you, Tracy, it is the perfect accessory to your beautiful smile. I really like the way the color changes in the border accent the different stitches.

Thank you Kathy! I wasn’t going to add a fave shot, but when you asked for a photo of me wearing my shawl last week, I changed my mind! I’m so glad you like it!:)

Thanks! I made it live today, even though I didn’t have everything quite the way I wanted it. Sometimes you just have to jump and figure it out as you go. 🙂
