The day has come! I started my beautiful Sunday Shawl:) I am excited to be crocheting along again with Margareta from At Margareta’s Haus. This is our third project with plans for more in the future.
I know I am going to just love this shawl. The rich burnt orange is so yummy:)
I like how the pattern is short and concise. It starts by making a small triangle and adding a few stitches with each round.
It is a fairly simple pattern of half double crochet and treble crochet that works into this lovely pattern.
Isn’t it so pretty? If any of you want to join us, you can find the pattern on Ravelry here. We are dividing the fun like this:
- This week- Main color field
- Next week- colorful edging
- Third week- blocking
That’s it. Totally doable:)! I think that on my blocking week I will make a teal dress to match so I can wear it to church the next Sunday….I’m getting excited!!
Thank you for stopping by my blog. You really do make my day SWEET:)
I don’t crochet, but I totally agree about the colour!
