This week’s block for the I Wish You a Merry Quilt Along was this fun reindeer block designed by Bobbi Bridgeman of Snowdays Quilting.
The pattern was very well written. I did all of the cutting at once and took the pieces and pattern over to my machine.
Most of the seams were straight and simple. There were also quite a few stitch and flip squares. I like using my Tiger Tape to get straight sewing lines instead of drawing lines on the back of my squares. It makes life sew easy❤️
This block really just flew together like a reindeer on Christmas Eve:). SWEET!!
I am having a lot of fun sewing these quilt blocks. My daughter in law has been reading my blog and said that she would absolutely LOVE to have this quilt. So this Merry Christmas Quilt has a home already waiting for it❤️❤️
Thank you for stopping by and reading my blog today. I hope you all have a fun Halloween tomorrow! It’s that time of year:)
i love how he looks cross-eyed. So cute!

It’s funny you brought that up Kate. I had originally sewn him with his eyes looking off to the side, but he looked a bit shifty and I couldn’t have a mischievous reindeer! Lol:)

Thank you so much! I was lucky to have bought this fat quarter bundle on sale a few years back. I think it is perfect for this QAL:)
