It has been three weeks already?! My how this first half of the year has flown by! I am not nearly as far along on my quilting/sewing goals as I had thought I would be. But somehow I have found a few moments to sew a few stitches on my “Mystery at the Salem Quilt Guild”

Last time I said I hoped I would be able to get the goodies in the table all embroidered. Well, except for a few stitches, I did!
Before –

After-

Yea!!! I thought the cookies would be tricky, but I really kind of enjoyed snaking my way through them.

And just because I love close ups of fun eye candy, here is another shot that is so close you may want to take a bite! SWEET!

I only have a little bit left to stitch on this panel of my Salem Quilt Guild Quilt . I have the dessert witch and the banner. I think I can get them done by next time– I hope, hope, hope!

If you do any hand stitching, why don’t you join along? Here’s how:
—This Hand Quilt Along is an opportunity for hand quilters and piecers to share and motivate one another. We post every three weeks, to show our progress and encourage one another.
If you have a hand quilting project and would like to join our group contact Kathy at the link below.
